What grade levels is this for?

The Hub will serve Elementary, Middle, High School students, and teachers!

Can my whole district purchase access?

Absolutely!  We’ll put you get in touch with one of our Customer Relations team members to discuss the different option.  You can also email us at: info@till360.com

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! However, a license runs until the end of the school year (on June 30th).  Cancel at any time, but you’ll continue to have access until your license expires on June 30th.

I forgot my username or password

It happens! Simply click “Forgot Password” on the login page.

Is it cool to share my account information with others?

No…it’s really not.  This is how we’re able to keep the Hub up and running and constantly creating new content for you! 

On top of that, sharing accounts doesn’t really align with the “character messages” these videos are all about!

How will I be billed?

We’ll have you submit a Purchase Order and will send an invoice at that time.
